DEFINITION OF ERGONOMICS
Ergonomic hazards are physical conditions that may pose risk of injury to the musculoskeletal system such as the muscle or ligament of the lower back, tendons or nerves of the hands/wrists, or bones surrounding the knees
-Adjust the height of working surface to reduce long reaches and awkward postures.
-Put work supplies and equipment within comfortable reach.
-Provide the right tool handle for the worker.
