Examples of workplace Bullies :
- abusive, insulting,or offensive words or comments
- deliberately excluding someone from workplace activities
- spreading misinformation or malicious rumours
Ways to prevent workplace bullies :
- Informing a worker about unreasonable behavior in an objectives and confidential way
- Implementing organizational changes or restructuring
- Taking disciplinary actions,including suspending or terminating employment where appropriate or justified in the circumstances.
